Number 10: Sadness.
By believing in your dreams you are giddy, happy, and can't stop smiling!
Number 9: Weakness.
Following your dreams proves and adds strength and stamina!
Number 8: Cowardice.
You show bravery in every action you take!
Number 7: Scarcity.
You begin to notice the abundance in every aspect of your life!
Number 6: Resentment.
Because your focus is on what you are gaining!
Number 5: Anger.
You are able to let go of the past because your future is so bright!
Number 4: Despair.
You are full of promise and new insight!
Number 3: Doubt.
You believe in yourself and now others do too!
Number 2: Fear.
You are able and willing to take leaps of faith and see results!
And the Number 1 thing you stand to lose by following or believing in your dream is: Your unfulfilling day job!
You are now your own boss, capable and thriving, actually living your dream!
Of course, there are numerous things that could overtake my number one, so replace it with your own!
Positive thoughts increase brain efficiency, while the negative ones bring us down, thereby decreasing its – and our -- efficiency. The number one sabotage pattern for killing our dreams, according to Marcia Wieder, America’s Dream Coach® is to project our fears and negative thoughts onto our dreams. Choose to have this not happen to you!
As Marcia points out, all it takes is for us to make the choice to move forward beyond the limiting beliefs to the place where the positive beliefs light the way to our dreams!
Assignment. For the next week spend time believing in your dream and taking action toward fulfilling your dream, keeping the positive thoughts atop. How many "things" on the list did you lose?
