Today me and my husband celebrate 32 years of wedded bliss; it is a happy marriage, indeed. The day of the wedding I looked forward to spending the rest of my life with that man and having a family together. We enjoy each other's company and look to our golden years.
Conversely, we knew of a couple who were married for approximately six years. The wife said to me, "I'm glad we don't have any kids; it'll be easier if we ever divorce."
