A good friend of mine explored that conundrum with me a few years ago. We became fast friends, being open and transparent with one another, in which immediately put trust at the forefront of our relationship. During this time of exploration we concluded that we needed each other in a capacity unbeknownst to either of us at the time.
After being informed that my corporate position would be eliminated I explored the same conundrum mentioned above. Why was this situation coming into my life? Then, too, I put trust at the forefront of the situation, becoming open and transparent as to what the world of possibilities laid ahead.
Did this trust come forward willingly and unabashedly? No.
The trust took its time while it grew into love and appreciation of the new relationship in each of the situations.
Now, what happens when those relationships and situations change or come to an end?
The answer, of course, is to start all over again placing trust at the forefront.
You are transitioning, changing each and every day – with relationships and situations, and even within yourself. The best part is that you don’t have to go through it alone.
“To each and every one of you who are going through a transition in life—whether it is by choice, the choice of others, or simply a situation that is out of your control.”
