We're over the mountains now, just passing Casper, Wyoming. The snow on the mountain tops is sporadic while other areas of snow appear deep in the valleys. As I gaze out the window of the plane once again I see snow, but it's on mountain tops that are much greater in height, closer to the sky where we are.
Waves, curvy and v-shaped are brown and white in tone, much like white frosting drizzled over cookies or scones and not unlike the dessert we had in First Class, except that it was chocolate.
The clouds seem to always amaze me during the flights, too; some wispy, some thick. The blue of the sky meeting the white of the clouds is just as amazing.
Each time on a flight I feel so very blessed. First that I'm on the plane, and secondly, that I have the privilege of being on it, paying a price I'd gladly pay again for my path has brought to where I am today.
Back to the now. I'm at the hotel waiting for my roommate and comrades as they arrive today for our wonderful week together. I look forward to seeing old-new friends and never-before-met online friends.
So I will now leave this installment behind for you. Have a wonderful week!
Dream On!
