You have a choice. Believe in yourself and your dream or don't. But if you don't believe who will? Below is my Top 10 list of elements or factors, if you will, that you might just lose when moving forward with your dream. The list may surprise you!
Number 10: Sadness.
By believing in your dreams you are giddy, happy, and can't stop smiling!
Number 9: Weakness.
Following your dreams proves and adds strength and stamina!
Number 8: Cowardice.
You show bravery in every action you take!
Number 7: Scarcity.
You begin to notice the abundance in every aspect of your life!
Number 6: Resentment.
Because your focus is on what you are gaining!
Number 5: Anger.
You are able to let go of the past because your future is so bright!
Number 4: Despair.
You are full of promise and new insight!
Number 3: Doubt.
You believe in yourself and now others do too!
Number 2: Fear.
You are able and willing to take leaps of faith and see results!
And the Number 1thing you stand to lose by following or believing in your dream is: Your unfulfilling day job! You are now your own boss, capable and thriving, actually living your dream!
Of course, there are numerous things that could overtake my number one, so replace it with your own!
Positive thoughts increase brain efficiency, while the negative ones bring us down, thereby decreasing its – and our -- efficiency. The number one sabotage pattern for killing our dreams, according to Marcia Wieder, America’s Dream Coach® is to project our fears and negative thoughts onto our dreams. Choose to have this not happen to you!
All it takes is for us to make the choice to move forward beyond the limiting beliefs to the place where the positive beliefs light the way to our dreams!
Assignment. For the next week spend time believing in your dream and taking action toward fulfilling your dream, keeping the positive thoughts atop. How many "things" on the list did you lose?
Please drop me a line and tell me how your days are going. I am here for your success, so please, take a moment to read my Consultation Registration page. A dream fulfilled might be around the corner for you!
Good luck and Dream On!
