What a difference a day can make!

This morning I woke to sunshine streaming through the window shades of my bedroom. I could feel the warmth of that big, bright shining star!

How often are you affected by the lack of sunshine? Are you aware that you can make your own?

Each day, actually every moment of each day, the choice is yours on how you feel. Oh, I know there are several factors put into play; however, it is how you strategically move through and around them that matters most.

The first rule of my transition steps is to stop being the victim, or more softly put, be more compassionate with yourself. When bothered by a situation, perhaps beyond your control, determine how long you are willing to put up with the emotions you are experiencing. In other words, set a time limit of an hour, four hours, or one more day. Then move on. This action will put you back in control and feeling the warm sunshine of your life!

Give this a go the next time you feel a bit stuck or down or "cloudy." And if so moved, let me know of the results.

Have a great week and Dream On!
